Our Story
Hey there! We are Brian and Heather Parsons, owners of Summit Blue Investments, and we wanted to introduce ourselves. We are a family-owned real estate investment company looking to grow! Currently focused on acquisitions, we are exploring properties in Tennessee, South Carolina and other growing areas.
Our love of real estate drove us to start investing in the early 2000’s while we were both still in the military. As a result, we have both bought and sold several properties prior to forming Summit Blue Investments in 2021.
As a team we bring a strong sense of dedication and attention to detail to each of our projects.
Our family is blessed with 3 girls and 2 German Shepherds that keep us on our toes. On any given weekend if we aren’t working on real estate together you can find us outside enjoying mother nature (we LOVE the Lake and the mountains in Appalachia) or down town in Nashville rooting for our Titans.
About Brian…
Brian is a career Army Officer and Helicopter Pilot that recently retired after 20 years in the Army to put down roots and spend time with his family. Brian’s fearless approach to flying helicopters and directing troops around the world brings a level of dedication and attention to details that sets Summit Blue apart ahead of other investment companies.
His favorite part about investing in real estate is developing teams to meet each new project’s needs.
About Heather…
Heather is an Air Force Munitions Specialist turned corporate accountant and senior manager for one of the world's largest Big 4 accounting firms. She has spent more than 15 years using her accounting and business knowledge to solve every day problems.
Her favorite part about investing in real estate is exploring the art of the possible on each deal. She is constantly looking for ways to structure opportunities so they meet the goals of everyone involved and improve each community they invest in.
